I’m a a fitness enthusiast, who loves spending time with my family and working out. If I’m not doing one of those things you could also find me in the kitchen cooking up a storm. I have 10 plus years of Pilates training and have been working out for about 20 years. I took a break from teaching Pilates because of the birth of my triplets. I love that I can be a good role model for my children to see the importance of health and fitness. I love doing crossfit, pilates, and yoga and find that all these things complement each other. I would say a successful workout session is you leaving a little sweaty, and a little mad at me.
