Monica Lodwig

Monica is excited to join the Pure Pilates team and to share her expertise with a group of dedicated members who show exceptional dedication and work ethic towards attainment of their goals.

Monica began practicing Pilates over a decade ago; she immediately fell in love after seeing the difference Pilates made in her core strength, posture, overall health and fitness. Monica then decided that she wanted to share her passion with others and earned her Pilates teaching certification from Balanced Body University in 2010. Never satisfied, Monica continued her quest for excellence by getting certified for TRX in 2011. To further elevate her fitness prowess Monica got “Spin” certified in 2012 and re-certified in 2016. Most recently, Monica has added Pilates Suspension Method into her repertoire under the tutelage of Pilates Suspension Method creator Rebecca Beckler. For the past seven years, Monica has been sharing her passion and expertise with her students while expanding her training programs to incorporate Pilates, Pilates Suspension Method, TRX, and Spin to produce excellent results for her students. It is Monica’s breadth of knowledge and training experience that allows her to offer a wide variety of effective and challenging workouts.
