Christie has been running, strength training, and practicing yoga for the past 15 years.
She heard of the numerous benefits that pilates offered for stretching and strengthening the muscles and for building a strong core.
She decided to give it a try three years ago and was hooked.
After practicing on the reformer and transforming her own body through pilates, she decided to pursue a career in teaching it to share her enthusiasm and passion with others.
She received her certification through Adriana Vargas, Master Trainer at Live + Love Pilates in La Jolla, CA.
After retiring from a career in Court Reporting and raising her family in Corona, CA for 20 years, she and her husband relocated to San Clemente, CA in July 2019.
She was looking for a new pilates family and was fortunate enough to join Pure Pilates!
