Colleen has been practicing Yoga and Pilates for over 10 years. In 2010, she became certified through the Yoga Alliance. Once she started practicing Pilates in 2013, she knew she found a place to continue and strengthen the mind body connection she’s so passionate about. After three years of deepening her practice she relied on Pilates for all its benefits while pregnant with her first child. Once her son was born, she returned to Pilates to regain strength and center. Colleen decided she wanted to become a certified teacher to give back so much of what Pilates had given her. Prior to teaching Pilates, Colleen was engineering product for sports and athletic brands; Most recently for Nike and Nike athletes. She truly believes the saying, if you have a body you are an athlete..
