Neda Diba

Neda started doing Yoga many years ago and was introduced to Pilates and fell in love with it. She is a mother of two athletic boys and witnessed them constantly being injured in soccer, as a parent she wanted to help them recover the right way. Neda knew and loved the benefits of what Pilates was helping her with, so she decided she wanted to help others too. Neda became a Pilates instructor and has been part of the Pure Pilates team since 2006. She enjoys working with athletes and specifically seniors that want to stay in shape and keep their bodies young and dynamic. The benefits of Pilates are endless and Neda love sharing that passion with others!
